Healing begins when people feel seen, understood, and heard in a non-judgmental space.

I specialize in supporting adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and insecure attachment.

Together, we can explore your past to gain a deeper self-understanding. I see importance in exploring the root causes of symptoms. Balancing exploration and practical skills, I help people make connections between how life experiences and early relationships have impacted their functioning now; healing their inner child, and learning how to cope with intense emotions such as (but not limited to) sadness, anxiety, and shame.

My therapy style is one that is unsugarcoated/direct, friendly, empathetic, and warm. Sessions are casual and conversational. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to. I am LGBTQ+ friendly; all are welcome.

If you're interested in scheduling a free 20-minute phone consultation or booking your first appointment, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am meeting with people virtually and in-person at my downtown toronto location (Bay and Bloor).

I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
